The fitness centre and pool at KDV Sport, next to Elite Gold Coast, offers visitors access to the latest equipment and passionate highly qualified coaches.

Whether its weight training, cardio, interval training, kettlebell fitness, swimming or a combination this gym provides everything you need to maximise your workout and it’s yours to use free of charge. Yes, even the sauna is free!

Open from 5:30 am to 9 pm, 7 days a week.
